I WENT FOR A HOLIDAY TO SOUTH AFRICA AND CAME BACK TO SLIGO (Southern Ireland) WITH HEALTH

I have had eczema for years, struggling with all kinds of creams and medications.Visiting health conscious strangers in Africa was all I needed to inspire me to do the 7- day cleanse.

It took me 2 weeks to pluck up the courage to start, but what a pay-off! During the cleanse my eczema got worse and worse and I felt that it was not working, all I heard was that I am still in a healing crisis - I did not see that as encouragement.

I was amazed at the stuff that came out of my body, no wonder my skin was in such a state.

Even though my eczema was worse I was feeling so good that I just knew my skin will heal. I felt and looked good in S Africa after the cleanse, but I now feel 10 times as good in Sligo. I have never felt as good in my life. I am glowing and have tremendous energy.

The night I arrived home I was invited to a dinner party in my friend’s house, and my 10 good friends were there they were all in shock and could not believe what had happened to me.

They thought I had lost more weight than I really have and the tan was fabulous. My bosses are amazed at me.
