Why do I need to have an Account?
To make use of our Online Shop - simply create an account (e-mail, username, password, first name, last name, address, city, zip code, country, phone) (this is free) and only takes a few moments. You will then receive an e-mail containing a link - click this link to confirm your e-mail address. If you do not receive this link (which on the odd occasion happens), simply pop us an e-mail and we will enable the account for you.
If you are a returning customer, simply enter your login details (username and password) to access your account. Then use the "Show Cart" button to add items and when ready click the "Checkout" button to begin the payment process. If you need more help, read on...
There are 4 Steps to Check Out:
Click through the various categories for items you want to purchase or use the search option, then enter the quantity and click the "Show Cart" button. Continue shopping until you have all the items you want. Do not worry if you have added extra items accidently or want to change things, you will have an opportunity to make adjustments before finalizing. When you finished, click the "Check Out" button.
Step 1 - Enter / Update Details:
If you are not logged in (current customer), you will now be prompted to enter your details (username and password) OR if you are a brand new customer, click the "New" option to create an account (e-mail, username, password, first name, last name, address, city, zip code, country, phone).
You will now have a summary of all your selected items; you can now adjust the quantities or delete items. if you wish to add more, simply click on the categories menu on the left, and continue shopping, (you will not lose your items). Then when you ready click "Check Out" again.
New customer - During your first transaction / purchase, you will be asked to enter your Billing & Shipping address (you only need to fill this in once). If you wish to use a different Billing or Shipping address from before, you can do this at this stage OR you can create additional addresses. Click "Next".
Step 2 - Choose a shipping method
You will be prompted with several options on how your items must be sent to you and their respective prices:
- Post Office
Delivery will be ordinary post, plus-minus 5 – 7 days.
When you check out before making payment the window will close. You will receive an e-mail with Purchase order status payment pending.
Step 3 - Final Review & Instructions
You can now do a final check of the order with the grand total of the order, including tax, shipping, and courier. Leave any additional comments / notes pertaining to your order in the block provided.
Step 4 - Order
Click the "Order Now" button to submit your purchase. Select your mode of payment; VISA/MASTERCARD or PAYPAL. You should see a confirmation window in front of you. A confirmation email will also be sent with a printable invoice. You may receive additional e-mails to update you the status of your order.
